Manual checks and data exchange
Manual check only contacts the configured heartbeat/API endpoint. If no endpoint is provided, status remains unknown. Browser security may block cross-origin checks unless the endpoint allows it.
What this static App cannot do
- It cannot perform full LAN scans by itself.
- It cannot bypass device security or collect credentials.
- It cannot silently monitor devices.
- Future native/local companion services must be installed and authorised by the admin.
